Erosion Sculpture at Hemsby
The ongoing and increasing erosion at Hemsby, Norfolk, is not entirely gloom-and-doom, as some starkly beautiful patterned scenes can be produced when rough seas coupled with surges undermine the dunes and export the beach and cliff sand to the voids created by continuing offshore aggregate dredging.
